Orders & Payments
- All prices are in INR (₹).
- We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD may include a small handling fee.
- Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
- Repeated refusal of COD parcels may restrict COD for future orders.
- Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped across India via trusted courier partners.
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
- Tracking details will be shared once shipped.
- Blushcrushh is not responsible for courier delays due to weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it!
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags & packaging.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability; if not available, store credit or a refund may be issued.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- To start a return, contact us with order details and unboxing pictures.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before shipping.
- Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
- COD refusal without prior cancellation may restrict future COD orders.
Sizing & Colors
- Our designs are created for Indian body types. Please check the Size Guide before purchasing.
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen displays.
Intellectual Property
- All product photos, designs, logos, and content belong to Blushcrushh.
- Copying or reproducing them without permission is not allowed.
